I have combination skin and I have acne and scars from the acne. I’ve used the proactiv and acne free systems as well as several different clean and clear and neutrogena cleansers. I’ve also used the perscriptions duac and aczone. All of these were either too harsh on my skin or my ance cleared up for a bit and then came back. Please tell me if you know of anything that may help me.

Hi. The obvious thing is to eat healthy and more vegetables. Not so much sugar and fat. When my pimples reappear I scrub my face with salus spray and also a little backing soda. It works remarkable. You can try it also. I receive the spray from ebay and always keep a bottle in the refrigerator for this time.

I am almost 32yrs old and suffer from mild acne and have tried every thing to get it under control, I drink lots of water daily, watch my diet and wash my face daily. I am now considering using dietary supplements to maybe help me get it under control, I am considering using Blackmores skin support tablets. Has anyone had success using these type of products either this one or another?

Yes, dietary supplements are wonderful for treating and preventing acne. Chelated Zinc is the best, most effective acne treatment I’ve ever tried.

I have a few acne scars on my face and want to remove them as much as possible, but i don’t want to pay for laser surgery or anything that extensive. I know coco butter is good for scars and skin treatment, but can this be used on face? I worry that the oil from Coco Butter will cause further break outs leading to more scarring. Or what about Mederma? I heard that was supposed to be good.. any advice is welcome. Thanks
