tea tree oil seems to work pretty well, but i would test it on your skin in case you are allergic to it....

dont buy in to that hollywood crap what may work on her may not work on you you can use rubing alchol will dry them up and minimize them as well as toothpast use witch hazel it is the best as an astringent and create your own facial treatment with persistent use it will work
