I have the answer for you. It works, trust me.

What you need…

1. Soft Soap: Pomegranit and Mango
2. Neutragena Wave
3. Neutragena Wave: Gentle Expholiating Pads
4. Pert Shampoo: Medium
5. Lubriderm Lotion for Normal Skin

What to do…

1. First, tell your sister to wash her hair with the shampoo evey night. Make sure she spends extra time on the parts of hair that are near or touching her face, especially if she has bangs. Oil from her hair could be contributing to her achne. It’s a huge factor. Also, if she straightens it or curls it with a curling iron a lot, that can create a ton of extra oil in a person’s hair which get’s on your face causing super oily skin.

2. Have her wash her face with the Soft Soap. It has to be Pomegranit soap. This brand tends to work the best, but if you would like another brand, be sure it has pomegranit in it. I’m not sure why, but pomegranit seems to work really well on achne. Have her wash careful and rinse all the soap off.

3. After she has rinsed the soap off, have her use the Wave. Have her spend a lot of time srubbing with it. At first it may feel uncomfortable on the pimps, but it will soon stop once they start to go away.

4. After she has finished with her shower or bath, have her dry her face and put on the lotion. It is best to do this before going to sleep. So the lotion has time to do it’s thing.

And, that’s how to get and keep super healthy clean skin!

All I have to recommend is letting the shower beat down on your face when you shower; maybe you should be asking a dermatologist?
P.S., toothpaste wears the skin after a while, so don’t do that.

If your parents have decent medical insurance, your sister can see a family practitioner or a nurse practitioner or physician’s assistant. They are trained to treat acne without having to pay more for a dermatologist.

Benzoyl Peroxide is the same ingredient as in Proactive by costs 10X less than Proactive. Sometimes it can be irritating, however. Salysilic Acid is also good, but not as effective for bad acne as Benzoyl Peroxide.

Do some google searches to learn more about what acne is and also the latest medical treatments. There are a lot of money making scams out there claiming to cure acne, but might do nothing except deplete your pocketbook, so check with a doctor before ordering "cures" online.

ok here we go... no foundation!!! it makes it so much worse! and try a home made mask, there awesome tips in cosmo. also tell her to was her face with soap 2-3 times a day. and it she has to use make up that it good for the skin. also get an alloy plant. there grate for your skin!

My skin sounds similar to your sister’s…and by accident, I discovered that Johnson & Johnson’s baby wash, the moisture care one–it’s pink and resembles the baby lotion bottle, is the best face wash! My acne is well controlled now, not over dried out or too oily.

mix a little bit of milk in brown sugar. it should work as an exfoliating scrub. if that still dries her out put raw egg on her face for a few minutes, like a mask.
